Job Requirements:
We are currently growing and looking forward to hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for 1-year duration. The is a work-from-office role based out of FIERY's EMEA office in Ratingen (Germany).
Experience:
2-5 years of relevant experience as Customer Service Representative
Role & Responsibilities
- Office Management support
- Creation of Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders in SAP
- Warehouse & logistics management (preparation of orders, including customs registrations, and acceptance of deliveries)
- Travel management support
Skills: (Technical & Behavioural)
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Previous work experience managing global deliveries and customs processes
- Fluent in German and English
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Clear and polite communication style
- Experience with SAP R/3 or Cloud desirable
- Behavioural Skills: Should have strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, accountability and learnability
