Wir suchen einen unternehmerisch denkenden Entrepreneur in Residence, der gemeinsam mit uns ein neues SaaS-Geschäft im Bereich HR-Software mit integrierter Payroll-Lösung aufbaut. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du direkt mit dem Gründerteam zusammen, entwickelst neue Ideen, testest Geschäftsmodelle und setzt sie eigenverantwortlich um. Du bist von Tag eins operativ involviert, treibst Sales und Marketing voran, baust erste Prozesse auf und legst damit das Fundament für zukünftiges Wachstum.

Wir bei HeavenHR haben es uns zum Ziel gesetzt, mit unserer All-in-One HR-Payroll (SaaS) Lösung alle Bereiche des Personalmanagements zu revolutionieren und digital zu transformieren. Unsere Software regelt alles - von der Urlaubsverwaltung bis hin zur Zeiterfassung. Über 1.300 Unternehmen nutzen unsere innovative Lösung in der DACH Region bereits. Unterstützt werden wir von erfahrenen Business Angels (Auto1 Gründer, McMakler) und internationalen Investoren (Target Global, Piton Capital).

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortlicher Aufbau neuer Geschäftsfelder innerhalb unseres SaaS-Startups (HR-/Payroll-Software)
  • Entwicklung und Validierung innovativer Produktideen und Geschäftsmodelle
  • Aktive Kundenakquise und eigenständige Durchführung von Sales-Aktivitäten
  • Aufbau und Steuerung von Marketing- und Leadgenerierungsmaßnahmen
  • Etablierung effizienter Prozesse und Strukturen für schnelles Wachstum
  • Aufbau, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines dynamischen Teams
  • Kontinuierliches Tracking und Reporting relevanter KPIs (z.B. Umsatz, CAC, Kundenwachstum)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründerteam und anderen Unternehmensbereichen

Dein Profil:

  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Erfahrungen im Startup-Umfeld, idealerweise bei SaaS-Lösungen oder HR-/Payroll-Produkten
  • Vertriebsaffinität und nachweisliche Sales-Erfahrung
  • Hohe analytische Kompetenz und datengetriebenes Mindset (KPI-orientiert)
  • Hands-on Mentalität mit Bereitschaft, operative Aufgaben selbst anzupacken
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und souveränes Auftreten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
