They are looking for a motivated Entrepreneur In Residence Intern (m/f/d) to support the VP of Operations in increasing the efficiency in business processes.

What you will do

  • Right Hand of VP Operations: Be the right arm and sparring partner of the VP Operations.

  • Dashboard Creation: Create internal dashboards to monitor the team's performance.

  • Operational Analysis: Analyze current operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the founders, as well as with the Logistics and Operations teams.

Who you are

  • You are enrolled in the University or are a fresh graduate looking to gain some work experience (minimum 3 months internship duration)

  • You have a strong proficiency with numbers and Excel.

  • You possess excellent analytical skills.

  • You have excellent communication skills in both German and English (C1 or above).
