That's where you come in

As an
Entrepreneur in Residence
(m/f/d) at Consultport, you'll work side-to-side with the founders on high-impact projects, and learn what it means to build a successful company.

You'll take on a diverse role with tasks from different areas including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and Management. At the same time, you'll develop a broad and deep understanding of the Consulting market. Ideal for proactive professionals eager to work directly with founders and contribute to key company initiatives.

You will work on topics such as.

• Growth Strategy
  : Work on business-critical projects, and expand Consultport into new markets
• Venture Excellence
  : Identify business and revenue opportunities, and work on their execution together with other team members
• Sales Operations
  : Optimize sales strategies, processes, and tools to drive efficiency
• Special projects
  : Act as "firefighter", addressing urgent challenges daily

Your Profile

• Strong academic performance (consistently ranked in the top 10% of your class)
• An interest in business, technology, finance, or operations is a plus
• Previous experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, sales, or startups).
• Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German is a plus.
• Strong skills in Excel and basic coding knowledge are a big plus.
