Your Role
As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with the founding team, supporting key projects, operations, and strategic initiatives to drive company growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in business operations, strategy, and process optimization
- Conduct market research and support decision-making
- Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Support seed rounds, investor relations, and financial planning
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in startups, or business development.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
