We are seeking an experienced and visionary
General Manager
to lead overall business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to align teams toward achieving company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure organizational efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and long-term objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's presence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
  • Represent the company to stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in senior management or leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and operations management.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience managing multicultural teams in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
