About the VenueFrederick's am Potsdamer Platz ist ein legendärer Berliner Hotspot, der europäische Brasserieküche mit Art-déco-Glamour verbindet. Das von Rhubarb geführte Unternehmen sucht eine/n ambitionierte/n Head of Sales, der/die den Umsatz unseres Restaurants, unserer Bar und unseres Eventbereichs maximiert.
Role Purpose
Wir suchen eine/n außergewöhnliche/n General Manager/in, der/die Frederick's Berlin in die nächste Wachstums- und Innovationsphase führt. In dieser zentralen Führungsposition, die direkt dem Geschäftsführer Deutschland unterstellt ist, tragen Sie die volle Verantwortung für die operative Exzellenz und den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg dieses erstklassigen Restaurants und Veranstaltungsortes.
Frederick's, das nun im fünften Jahr besteht, benötigt eine visionäre Führungskraft, die strategisches Denken mit praktischer Umsetzung verbindet und das Haus voranbringt, ohne seinen etablierten Ruf zu beeinträchtigen. Dies ist Ihre Chance, die Zukunft eines der einzigartigsten Gastronomieangebote Berlins mitzugestalten.
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen General Manager/in zur Leitung von Frederick's, mit Fokus auf Umsatzwachstum über alle Bereiche bei gleichzeitig außergewöhnlichem Gästeerlebnis. Sie übernehmen die volle P&L-Verantwortung, entwickeln unser Event- und Privatvermietungsgeschäft weiter und führen ein leistungsstarkes Team, das höchste Service-Standards liefert. Ideal sind nachweisbare Erfolge in der gehobenen Gastronomie, ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis und die Vision, unser Angebot für den Berliner Markt weiterzuentwickeln. Die Position erfordert strategisches Denken, hands-on Führung und fließende Englischkenntnisse (Deutsch von großem Vorteil).
