Regional Sales Manager – Power Generation & Renewables

The Role

As
Regional Sales Manager
, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive portfolio of
LV/MV/HV electrical products and turnkey solutions
, including
Switchgear, Transformers, and Substations
. This is a high-impact role that will shape the company's growth trajectory within your assigned territory.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing
    regional annual and long-term sales strategies
    aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Identifying and cultivating
    new accounts
    , defining
    sales channels
    , and expanding market penetration.
  • Driving excellence in
    customer relationship management
    , achieving KPIs across
    A/B/C classification clients
    .
  • Building and mentoring a
    high-performance team
    , ensuring sustainable growth in orders and project pipeline.

The Person

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of
technical acumen
and
commercial flair
, underpinned by a deep understanding of the power sector.

You will demonstrate:

  • A
    degree in Electrical Engineering
    or a closely related discipline.
  • A
    proven sales track record
    in
    Switchgear, Transformers, or Substations
    .
  • Strong
    market knowledge
    of the Electrical and Power Generation sectors, including customer dynamics and regional trends.
  • Exceptional
    communication and stakeholder engagement
    skills.
