Wir suchen einen Regional Sales Manager Deutschland Sÿd (RSM) – zum Ausbau unseres Geschÿftes in Österreich, in der Schweiz und in Sÿddeutschland (Bayern und BaWÿ) - hier bei Rayner Surgical GmbH.

Ihre Aufgaben: Der Regional Sales Manager wird die kommerzielle Entwicklung leiten, Vertriebsexzellenz sicherstellen und das Vertriebsteam im Tagesgeschÿft managen, um die Verkaufsziele zu erreichen. Der Regional Sales Manager berichtet an den Geschÿftsfÿhrer der Rayner Surgical GmbH und ist dafÿr verantwortlich, ein Team von ca. 8 Mitarbeitern und Mitarbeiterinnen mit dem strategischen Ziel zu fÿhren, die Verkaufsziele zu erreichen und das Team individuell weiterzuentwickeln. Neben der Unterstÿtzung und Entwicklung der Gebietsleiter gehört ein zentraler Teil dieser Rolle darin, den Erfolg mit privaten Klinikgruppen und Schlÿsselkunden in der Region voranzutreiben.

Erfahrung & Fÿhigkeiten, die Sie benötigen: Erfahrung im Verkauf an öffentliche Kliniken (Krankenhÿuser) und im Bereich privater Kliniken, erfolgreiche Tÿtigkeit im Bereich Ophthalmologie insbesondere mit IOL und Phakoemulsifikationsgerÿten, vollwertiger Fÿhrerschein fÿr Deutschland, Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Erstattungssystem (EBM, GOÄ) und im privaten Gesundheitswesen

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Southern Germany (RSM) – to expand our business in Austria, Switzerland, and Southern Germany (Bavaria and Baden-Wÿrttemberg) – here at Rayner Surgical GmbH.

Your responsibilities: The Regional Sales Manager will lead commercial development, ensure sales excellence, and manage the sales team in their day-to-day business to achieve sales targets. The Regional Sales Manager reports to the Managing Director of Rayner Surgical GmbH and is responsible for leading a team of approximately 8 employees with the strategic goal of achieving sales targets and developing the team individually. In addition to supporting and developing the area managers, a central part of this role is to drive success with private clinic groups and key customers in the region.

Experience & skills you need: Experience in sales to public clinics (hospitals) and private clinics, successful work in the field of ophthalmology, especially with IOL and phacoemulsification devices, full driver's license for Germany, knowledge of the public reimbursement system (EBM, GOÄ) and private healthcare.
