International Sales Manager

Queclink is looking for an
International Sales Manager
to drive growth in the U.S. market and beyond. You'll manage the full sales cycle, build lasting customer relationships, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact telematics and IoT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow annual sales performance.
- Manage the full sales process: lead qualification, evaluation, closing, renewals, and support.
- Execute a focused sales strategy aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to support customer needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely, effective support.
- Build strong relationships through regular communication and account management.
- Use customer feedback and data to improve product adoption and satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement in customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Solid knowledge of telematics and IoT, including routers, GNSS, connected vehicles, asset tracking, UBI, and smart mobility.
- Strong industry connections—especially with global or U.S.-based telematics providers.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, build trust, and close deals.
- Comfortable discussing technical requirements and working cross-functionally to deliver solutions.
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years in sales, with at least 1 year in telematics, fleet, or IoT hardware.
- Experience working with device manufacturers, service providers, or distributors—preferably in the Europe.
- Strong track record of bringing in new business and activating customer networks.
- Familiarity with sectors like fleet, insurance, or leasing is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
