 is seeking 
multiple Field Representatives (2+ positions)
 in Germany to support the expansion of our client's operations within a specialized high-value consumer service sector. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who appreciate structured fieldwork, client interaction, and autonomy in their daily responsibilities.

Our client is an established organization operating across several European regions. As part of their upcoming expansion in Germany, we are building a dedicated team of reliable, service-minded professionals who will represent their brand on the road and in customer meetings.

Position: Field Representative (Germany)

Work Rhythm:
 2 weeks per month (rotational model)

Compensation:
 €2,100 per each 2-week rotation

Engagement Type:
 Freelancer / light entrepreneurship (invoicing model)

Travel:
 Nationwide fieldwork using a car or large van (provided)

Start Date:
 Dec–Jan 2026

This role involves traveling across Germany to meet customers in pre-scheduled appointments. All meetings are arranged on your behalf, and your daily driving routes are generated and optimized for you. Your focus is on high-quality client interaction, accurate evaluations, and maintaining a professional presence in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel across Germany during each 2-week rotation using a provided 
    car or large van
  • Visit customers at 
    pre-booked appointments
     with a fully planned route for each day
  • Conduct professional, structured on-site evaluations
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and secure handling of high-value materials (gold)
  • Ensure a positive, respectful, and discreet customer experience
  • Maintain the vehicle and equipment responsibly throughout the rotation
  • Uphold the client's standards of integrity, reliability, and service excellence

This is a mobile, on-the-road position requiring comfort with long-distance driving, customer interaction, and working independently.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking applicants who combine strong interpersonal skills with operational discipline. The role suits individuals who enjoy being on the move, interacting directly with customers, and following structured procedures.

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent German (100%)
  • Valid B driving licence
  • Ability and willingness to drive daily, often long distances
  • Strong social and communication skills
  • Ability to pass a security background check
  • Short language verification call is required

  • Confident in front of customers
  • Capable of managing daily schedules and travel routines

Career Development

. Candidates may also continue under the fixed compensation model if preferred.
