Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Representative role located in Berlin, Germany. The Office Representative will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining office operations and organization, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the accounting and communication needs of the office. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Experience in administrative assistance and office administration to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Proficiency in customer service to address inquiries and provide a positive experience for stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting practices to assist with financial administration tasks.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in office tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of additional tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
