The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Communications Assistant/Executive
to strengthen our Communications department. As a small family-owned business, there is plenty of room to grow and learn from an experienced team as you explore your passion for the music industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media and content strategies across platforms.
  • Manage social channels, maintain calendars, and engage communities.
  • Use social analytics and internal data to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Plan and create content in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support campaigns for artists, album releases, and events.
  • Research market trends and stay up to date on music industry trends, marketing best practices, and pop culture events.
  • Organize internal systems and coordinate marketing assets (images, videos, copy) with stakeholders.
  • Take risks, be curious, and think big

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Music Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Creativity, passion for music and a desire to build a career in the music industry.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in
    both English and German.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical skills, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and content management tools (Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Trello).
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) is a plus.
  • A team player with a hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn.
