To bring this vision to life, we are looking for an
AI Engineer / LLM Application Developer
who is passionate about large language models, conversational AI, and building real products used by thousands of students.

Job Requirements (AI Engineer / LLM Application Developer)
Qualifications – Required

  • Experience building
    LLM-based applications
    (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
  • Hands-on knowledge of
    Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Experience working with embeddings
    and
    vector databases
    (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, Qdrant)
  • Ability to design
    multi-step conversational flows
    using:
  • LangChain or LlamaIndex
  • or
    no-code tools (Chatbase, Flowise, Voiceflow, Botpress)
  • Strong understanding of
    prompt engineering
    and prompt optimization
  • Basic coding skills in
    JavaScript/TypeScript )
    or
    Python
  • Familiarity with REST APIs
    , webhook integrations, and simple backend logic
  • Ability to translate
    student onboarding workflows
    into structured AI decision trees
  • Comfort working with
    JSON schemas
    , system messages, and model configuration
  • Experience connecting
    AI models to frontends or chat interfaces

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience deploying
    AI agents
    (OpenAI Assistants, ReAct, tools-based agents)
  • Knowledge of
    serverless environments
    (Vercel, AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions)
  • Experience with
    voice agents
    (Whisper, ElevenLabs, Speech-to-Text / TTS)
  • Experience implementing
    analytics
    or feedback loops in AI chat flows
  • Familiarity with
    student onboarding systems
    , CRM workflows, or automation tools
  • Understanding of
    UX for conversational interfaces
