- 10+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution engineering role, ideally in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing pre-sales teams.
- Deep understanding of complex enterprise software solutions and client business processes.
- Strong knowledge of financial services industry requirements, preferably in the areas of compliance, regulatory reporting, or digital advisory.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken), French is a plus.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple opportunities and stakeholder groups.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to build trust with senior decision-makers.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Lead, mentor and develop a team of Pre-Sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Build and scale pre-sales capabilities in alignment with the company's business growth.
- Build, refine, and continuously improve pre-sales processes and tools to maximize efficiency and customer experience.
- Drive adoption of best practices within the pre-sales team.
- Engage with financial institutions, FinTechs, and other regulated businesses such as sports & gambling, travelling & hospitality, etc. to understand their compliance needs.
- Define, present and discuss solution offerings explaining features, benefits, and how our solutions address financial crime challenges.
- Guide the team through complex RFPs/RFIs responses, leveraging deep technical and regulatory expertise to increase winning rates.
- Collaborate with Sales as a strategic partner throughout the client lifecycle to drive revenue growth.
- Stay ahead of regulatory and market trends in compliance, regulatory reporting, and digital advisory to provide insights to clients and internally.
- Analyze market potential before product launches and ensure alignment with client needs and industry trends.
- Support marketing initiatives by shaping campaigns and ensuring messaging reflects our value proposition.
- Ensure marketing materials reflect deep understanding of client challenges and industry dynamics.
