Responsibilities- Responsible for providing pre-sales technical support and offering competitive products and solutions to customers.
- Participate in project analysis and assist sales personnel in effective communication with clients to facilitate smooth project execution and collect user requirements.
- Regularly provide technical training to sales, customer, or partner.
- Match marketing needs and plan exhibitions, forums, and PowerPoint presentations to enhance company branding.
- Participate in annual overseas exhibition layout and take care of personnel and expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with at least 5 years of experience in PV and energy storage inverter technical support works.
- Familiarity with project management processes to drive end-to-end project execution.
- Fluent communication skills, excellent written expression abilities, and the capacity to produce various types of documents. Strong observational skills and adaptability are essential qualities along with a high level of enthusiasm for work and a cooperative team spirit.
- Native speakers with proficient English skills.
