Director of Enterprise Accounts – Central Europe (DACH Focus)

Germany / Switzerland / Austria (Remote or Hybrid)

data-driven software for life sciences
is seeking a
Director of Enterprise Accounts
to spearhead commercial growth across Central Europe.

This senior role will focus on developing and expanding strategic relationships with leading pharmaceutical and biotech organisations — delivering complex enterprise-scale SaaS solutions that enable digital transformation across R&D and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow enterprise-level relationships across DACH, focusing on Top-20 pharma and high-growth biotech.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder, consultative sales processes from opportunity creation through to close.
  • Manage complex, multi-million-dollar SaaS and data-management contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure technical alignment with client needs.
  • Represent the company at key European life-science and digital-innovation events.

Ideal Profile

  • 7+ years' experience selling
    enterprise SaaS solutions
    into global pharma or biotech.
  • Track record of
    closing multi-million-dollar contracts
    (software, informatics, or digital-lab systems).
  • Deep understanding of
    data, automation, and digital transformation
    in life-sciences R&D.
  • Strong network within the
    DACH pharma ecosystem
    and fluency in
    German and English
    .
  • Strategic, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing, globally distributed organisation.
