data-driven software for life sciences
is seeking a
Director of Enterprise Accounts
to spearhead commercial growth across Central Europe.
This senior role will focus on developing and expanding strategic relationships with leading pharmaceutical and biotech organisations — delivering complex enterprise-scale SaaS solutions that enable digital transformation across R&D and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow enterprise-level relationships across DACH, focusing on Top-20 pharma and high-growth biotech.
- Lead multi-stakeholder, consultative sales processes from opportunity creation through to close.
- Manage complex, multi-million-dollar SaaS and data-management contracts.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure technical alignment with client needs.
- Represent the company at key European life-science and digital-innovation events.
Ideal Profile
- 7+ years' experience selling
enterprise SaaS solutions
into global pharma or biotech. - Track record of
closing multi-million-dollar contracts
(software, informatics, or digital-lab systems). - Deep understanding of
data, automation, and digital transformation
in life-sciences R&D. - Strong network within the
DACH pharma ecosystem
and fluency in
German and English
. - Strategic, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing, globally distributed organisation.
