We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Operations Manager
to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve processes.
- Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and operational planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage operational staff to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Experience with operational planning, process improvement, and resource management.
- Proficiency with relevant software tools (ERP systems, Microsoft Office, project management tools).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
