About the role

Als Central Operations Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest Du unseren Partner- und Customer Support im Daily Business. Du sorgst dafür, dass Anfragen über Superchat und unsere Plattformen schnell, freundlich und strukturiert gelöst werden, pflegst Stammdaten unserer Stores & Partner und stellst eine starke Partner Experience sicher. Außerdem steuerst Du unsere Central-Operations-Working-Students und begleitest Partner Care bei Expansion in neue Städte und Länder.

Du..

  • bearbeitest 1st-Level-Anfragen unserer Partner & Kunden über Superchat und andere Kanäle.
  • pflegst und aktualisierst Stammdaten (z. B. Öffnungszeiten, Adressen, Menüs, Plattform-Settings) unserer Stores & Partner.
  • stellst eine exzellente Customer- und Partner-Experience sicher und dokumentierst wiederkehrende Themen.
  • führst und koordinierst unsere Central-Operations-Werkstudierenden (Schichtplanung, Coaching, Qualität).
  • unterstützt Partner Care bei neuen Store-Launches und internationaler Expansion (Onboarding-Kommunikation, Support-Set-up).
About youDas bringst Du mit:
  • Fließendes Deutsch (C1/C2, "Full German language proficiency") und sehr gutes Englisch.
  • 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung in Operations, Customer Support, Customer Success oder Partner Management – idealerweise im Start-up / Food-/Plattform-Umfeld.
  • Du wohnst in Berlin oder planst einen Umzug.
  • Strukturierte Denkweise, schnelle Problemlösung und starke schriftliche wie mündliche Kommunikation.
  • Du arbeitest hands-on, behältst bei vielen Tickets den Überblick und gehst die Extra-Meile für Partner & Kunden.
  • Plus: Erfahrung mit Support-Tools (z. B. Superchat, Zendesk, Intercom) ist ein Bonus.
