We're looking for a Co-Founder & CEO to lead our newest venture:
HUGO
, an AI-powered savings assistant helping people protect and grow their wealth effortlessly.

The Opportunity
This is your chance to shape and launch a groundbreaking fintech product for the German market – backed by 0TO9's experienced venture-building team.

You'll be the first co-founder of HUGO - the driving force behind product, growth, and team - supported by our venture studio's playbook and infrastructure. You will, amongst other things, be responsible for:

  • Taking the lead in defining and executing HUGO's strategy, product, and go-to-market
  • Driving traction, partnerships, and early user growth
  • Shaping product direction alongside our tech and design team
  • Building and lead the founding team as the company scales

Who You Are
Perhaps you're currently a founder's associate, entrepreneur in residence, chief of staff, or startup operator ready to take the leap, or an ex-founder looking to build once again. Titles matter less than your ability to take ownership and drive momentum, most importantly:

  • You are a builder at heart - curious, driven, and resilient
  • You might come from business, product, or operations - or you've simply been the person who gets things off the ground.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and take full ownership from day one
  • You're a confident communicator who leads from the front – comfortable representing the company and rallying people around a shared vision.

: As you'll be part of building together with your team, we're looking for people based in Berlin (or open to relocate to Berlin)
