We're buildinga fintech venture that will redefine how German SMEs manage their finances, accounting, and taxes.Go-to-marketInstead of selling software into a closed ecosystem, we're acquiring profitable tax advisory firms in Germany to gain direct access to thousands of SMEs. We then transform these firms from within through agentic workflow automation and a new suite of advisory software to build an AI-native advisory powerhouse.About usWe're two second-time founders with backgrounds in investment banking, strategy, and venture building, and previously scaled a unicorn to €500M in revenue.
