Unser Team wächst rasant - und dafür brauchen wir dich Als Team Assistant unterstützt du uns im Tagesgeschäft, hältst Prozesse am Laufen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Sales-, Remarketing-, und Operations-Teams noch effizienter und erfolgreicher werden. Du arbeitest direkt mit unserem Geschäftsführer und dem Leadership-Team zusammen und bist mit deinem Organisationstalent ein wichtiger Treiber unseres täglichen Erfolgs

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Unterstützung der B2B-Teams im Tagesgeschäft bei administrativen Aufgaben
  • Urlaubsplanung der Teams, Organisation der monatlichen Mitarbeiter-Onboardings und Teamevents
  • Koordination und Organisation von Meetings, Geschäftsreisen und Events
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Präsentationen, Angeboten und Verträgen
  • Bestellung, Inventur und Versand von Merchandise
  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich, idealerweise im Sales- oder Start-up-Umfeld
  • Starkes Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office oder Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.)
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, Englisch von Vorteil
  • Teamorientiert, flexibel und mit echter Hands-on-Mentalität
