As the **Sales Team Assistant**, you will provide valuable support to client's field sales team by providing support to customers on order queries and tracking, data input and hygiene and administrative tasks within the team.
You’ll be a key resource in ensuring the smooth-running efficiency of their Sales team.

**What we would like you to do for our client**:

- Communicate with customers with queries related to general queries, orders, order placement and tracking
- Support the sales team with input of sales related data into the CRM system to ensure hygiene
- Prepare materials and goods for trade fairs globally, including coordination of delivery
- Support in the creation of external documents and presentations for the teams related to product sales
- Support in arranging travel for Sales team members across EMEA as well as globally, and expense reconciliation in internal systems
- Support your sales team by creating offers

**What we need you to bring**:

- Previous assistant experience, with the ability to manage international travel scheduling
- Strong level of experience with Microsoft Office programmes, such as Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel
- Ability to collaborate with a team across complex projects and with changing priorities
- Strong organisation with exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with mínimal direction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written, in German and English
