Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Berlin, Germany. As a Sales Assistant, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers in the selection of products, and ensure the shop floor is well-maintained and appealing. You will support sales objectives, contribute to achieving store targets, and assist with inventory management tasks. Additionally, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high-quality experience while representing the Maje brand.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for building relationships
  • Sales and organization skills, with the ability to meet store objectives and multitask effectively
  • A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to enhancing team performance
  • Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Experience in retail or a related customer-focused role preferred
  • Interest in fashion and the ability to embody the Maje brand
