Your way into the futureJoin us as SMT Team Coordinator (m/w/x) and work with us on changing the futureWhat awaits you at MynaricTeam CoordinationAct as the link between the Production Manager, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Control, and related departments to ensure that matters impacting production is timeously resolved.Support onboarding and training of new production employees.Production SchedulingDevelop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and optimize output.Inventory and Materials ManagementTrack raw materials and finished goods inventory.Coordinate with planning, procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of supplies.Documentation and ReportingMaintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and efficiency metrics.Prepare reports for management on production performance and bottlenecks.Problem-solvingAddress issues that affect production quickly and effectivelyCoordinate with various departments to resolve issues which require inter-departmental assistanceCompliance and SafetyEnsure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.Assist in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.Coordination of the maintenance and calibration schedulesWhat you bring with youTechnician Certification or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing or testing environment.Strong knowledge of SMT processes, lean manufacturing principles, and their practical application.Ability to interpret controlled process and product documentation, including schematics, drawings, assembly procedures, work instructions, and bills of material.Experience in fast-paced production environments, ideally with high-reliability or flight-quality hardware.Proficiency in scheduling, resource planning, and general coordination tasks using MS Office or equivalent tools:Experience with ERP, MES, and PLM systems.What we offer youHave you always wanted to wear your favorite space outfit to work?
