- Support the German Field Sales Lead in all daily operational and campaign activities
- Communicate confidently in German (written and spoken) with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and execute promotion campaigns and local field activations (Berlin-focused)
- Coordinate marketing materials (banners, roll-ups, QR stands, giveaways)
- Manage and align external promoters and freelance telephone agents
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and contractor communication
- Represent Tide at local events, fairs, and sponsorship activities
- Conduct survey-based telephone outreach for member engagement (no cold calls)
- Gather market intelligence and lead research for local campaigns
- Support reporting, analytics, and dashboard tracking (KPIs, funnel data)
- Ensure compliance and legal adherence for all field activities
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Compliance teams
- Consolidate weekly insights, feedback, and content from field operations
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, field marketing, or operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication in German and English
- Hands-on approach – comfortable working both in the field and behind the scenes
- Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), spreadsheets, and tracking tools
- Interest in local business communities, events, and entrepreneurial ecosystems
- Team-oriented, flexible, and solution-driven personality
- 25 days of paid leave per year
