Field Marketing Specialist (DACH)

About the job

After entering the German market, we are now focused on scaling our business. For this purpose, we are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Specialist. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's brand presence, developing and executing marketing strategies, and collaborating effectively with local and global teams.

The core focus of the role will be to increase brand awareness, leading to increased lead generation. While working on elevating standards and driving brand awareness - that will not only grab attention but also leave a lasting impression in a growing industry.

Due to this variety in tasks you excel in switching between operational challenges such as preparing for an Event and high-level opportunities such as meetings with one of our key regional partners. You will actively shape our growth journey and work closely with the sales team to accelerate our growth and help our clients achieve their missions.

  • Engage regularly with the sales teams to align marketing initiatives and maximize impact.

  • You develop and oversee customer-focused marketing initiatives and materials

  • Design and coordinate regional and partner events, focusing on engaging prospective customers, from initial planning to post-event follow-up, with a strong emphasis on content creation.

  • Implement a structured process for collecting, sharing, and prioritizing insights with the corporate marketing team to optimize messaging, programs, and tactics.

  • You identify and plan our trade show participation, from booth setup to on-site support.

  • You assist the marketing team with creating content, including press releases, newsletters, and various publications.



About you

  • Bachelor's degree (or comparable) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketplace, channel partner ecosystems, and field marketing strategies, ideally within the energy transition.

  • Prior marketing experience, ideally with a focus on field marketing, events and/or within energy transition/SAAS industries

  • Proficiency in using Hubspot (or similar CRM-system) and related tools (Canva) to update campaigns and measure success.

  • Fluency in both German and English


Sollit develops software for the renewable energy branch to fasten the energy transition. Thanks to our talented team we have grown to become market leader in the BeNeLux and are expanding in Germany. Installation companies who use Sollit are ready to offer new, sustainable innovations like solar panels to their customers.
From sales processes until designing the solar panels installation and planning energy storage; everything happens in the Sollit-platform.
