Über unsWas bringst Du mit?
  • Du hast Dein Studium im Bereich Kommunikations-, Politik-, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich absolviert.
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Kommunikations- oder Public-Affairs-Funktion – idealerweise im Energie-, Industrie- oder Technologiesektor.
  • In der politischen und regulatorischen Landschaft im Bereich Energie und Klimaschutz kennst Du Dich sehr gut aus und hast Erfahrung in der Projektleitung sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern aus Politik und Wirtschaft.
  • Deine Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sind stilsicher und souverän.
  • Komplexe Sachverhalte bereitest Du zielgruppenorientiert auf, mit einem hohen Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse Deiner Gesprächspartner.
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch ein selbstsicheres und freundliches Auftreten, gepaart mit Empathie und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit aus. 
  • Du bist zielorientiert, denkst gerne strategisch und besitzt ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.
  • Deine fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.

Als Head of Communications & Public Affairs leitest Du das Team Kommunikation & Marketing und verantwortest den gesamten Kommunikationsbereich der Qair Deutschland. Du erarbeitest Konzepte, planst geeignete Maßnahmen und setzt diese in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung und anderen Bereichen, z.B. mit der Projektentwicklung, um.

Head of Communications & Public Affairs (w/m/d) 
am Standort München mit den folgenden Aufgaben:

  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung einer integrierten Kommunikationsstrategie für Qair Deutschland
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu politischen und wirtschaftlichen Entscheidungsträgern, Verbänden, Behörden und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Beobachtung und Analyse regulatorischer Entwicklungen und daraus resultierende Ableitung von Handlungsstrategien für die Geschäftsführung
  • Vertretung der Unternehmensinteressen in politischen und gesellschaftlichen Diskussionen rund um die Energiepolitik
  • Erstellen von relevanten Konzepten, Kommunikationsplänen und Materialien für unsere Projekte
  • Verantwortung für die Medienarbeit inklusive Pressemitteilungen, Interviews, Hintergrundgesprächen und Medienevents
  • Steuerung einer Kommunikationsagentur
  • Austausch mit der Qair Gruppe zu Themen im Bereich Kommunikation und Marketing
