RAM Power, azienda leader nel settore industriale e impiantistico da oltre 30 anni, è alla ricerca di un/a Project Quality Manager con esperienza pregressa in contesti industriali, oil & gas, impiantistica o energia.
Project Quality Manager:
La risorsa si occuperà della stesura delle procedure, delle istruzioni di lavoro, della reportistica e/o della documentazione QA_QC in conformità alle normative vigenti, alle pratiche interne e alle specifiche di progetto. In qualità di responsabile della documentazione, il suo compito, inoltre, è quello di gestire un sistema di archiviazione della documentazione QA_QC di progetto che sia aggiornato, efficiente e funzionale allo SOW.
Riporta gerarchicamente al PM.
Responsabilità
Stesura, revisione e modifica della documentazione di progetto (Procedure, Istruzioni di lavoro, QCP Quality Control Plan, ITP Inspection e Test Plan e documentazione nel campo del QA_QC di progetto);
Revisione della documentazione di progetto per garantire la conformità alle normative vigenti e alle specifiche del progetto.
In stretta collaborazione con il Site/Construction manager e il PM, assicurare l'integrazione dello status di progress del progetto;
Archiviazione, distribuzione e approvazione (Issue Cycle) della documentazione di qualità (assicura che la documentazione obsoleta sia opportunamente archiviata);
Verifica della conformità della certificazione al seguito delle forniture;
In collaborazione con la sede, gestisce la verifica e il controllo relativi alle scadenze delle tarature strumenti e manutenzioni attrezzature;
Verifica, in collaborazione con gli specialisti di settore, la conformità della documentazione relativa ai processi speciali (PQR; Procedure CND, ecc.) e le relative qualifiche dei lavoratori;
Si accerta che le fasi riportate sull'Inspection Test Plan siano opportunamente documentate secondo i requisiti del progetto;
Responsabile della realizzazione dei report di qualità a seguito di ispezioni, prove, controlli e collaudi e, se necessario, compila e invia al Site/CM e PM i rapporti di non conformità;
Luogo di lavoro:
Il lavoro si svolgerà prevalentemente come lavoro di ufficio presso siti o cantieri per la compilazione della reportistica, programmare le attività, coordinarsi con i vari dipartimenti e con il referente diretto in organigramma.
Competenze/attitudini:
Preferibile esperienza in ambito QA/QC di impianti industriali (ambito Oil&Gas/Power).
Predisposizione al lavoro in trasferta.
Ottime conoscenze tecniche e nell'ambito qualità (lettura P&ID, disegni Tecnici, ITR, ITP, Punch List, NCR, etc.).
Conoscenze base delle modalità di ispezione secondo le sequenze riportate negli Inspection Test Plan.
Ottima capacità di creare report dettagliati e di gestire database (Data Management Skills)
Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Microsoft Office.
