Project Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager in Germany.

As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate customer implementation projects for digital forensics solutions, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Technical Support, while acting as the primary point of contact for external clients. This role requires balancing project scope, schedules, and resources with proactive risk management and quality assurance. You will drive projects from inception to completion, contributing to process improvements and fostering collaboration across stakeholders. The environment is fast-paced, dynamic, and focused on delivering impactful solutions in the digital forensics space.

Accountabilities

• Lead projects from requirements definition through to closure, managing deliverables, schedules, scope, resources, and risks.
• Develop, maintain, and adapt end-to-end project plans, tasks, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Implement effective risk, issue, and dependency management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor and report project status internally and to customers, offering actionable solutions for on-time completion.
• Foster collaboration and communication between internal and external stakeholders to maintain scope and schedule adherence.
• Conduct quality reviews and implement corrective actions, following Agile principles for continuous improvement.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution definition, proposals, statements of work, and Proof of Concept management.
• Assist with internal team projects, process optimization, and knowledge sharing.

• 7+ years of project management experience in full-cycle software implementation or IT projects using traditional, hybrid, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Strong understanding of strategic project planning, phased delivery, and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Strong organizational skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Customer-focused, consultative approach with solid stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Wrike, Atlassian Suite, Office Suite, Gantt charts, Lucid Chart, and MS Visio.
• Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
• Eligibility to apply for a security clearance if required.
• Preferred: Agile certifications, experience in change management, knowledge of cloud computing and security technologies, lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and understanding of German tender law.
