Dabei braucht unser Team deine Unterstützung: Als Sales Advisor (m/w/d) für Bikes und Zubehör in Teilzeit erwartet dich ein spannendes Arbeitsfeld in einem großartigen Team, egal ob in Voll- oder in Teilzeit.

Du berätst unsere deutschen und internationalen Kunden zu den aktuellen Neuheiten. Mit deinem Expertenwissen kannst du mühelos alle Fragen beantworten und zielgruppengerecht kommunizieren, sodass sich unsere Kund: innen gut bei dir beraten fühlen. Mit deiner Begeisterung für Technik und Bikes bist du immer auf dem Laufenden in Sachen Trends und vergrößerst mit jedem Tag bei uns dein Wissen rund ums Thema Fahrrad. Das erwartet dich bei uns:

  • Du berätst unsere deutschen und internationalen Kunden und verkaufst Fahrräder, Bikeparts, Ersatzteile, Bekleidung und Fahrradzubehör
  • Du erfasst Kundenaufträge und wickelst Reklamationen ab
  • Du planst und gestaltest die Warenpräsentation im Shop
  • Du übergibst Neufahrräder an unsere Kunden

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau im Einzelhandel, im Bereich Fahrradtechnik oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zweiradmechatroniker/-in
  • Du hast Lust auf Veränderung? Auch als Quereinsteiger:in bist du bei uns herzlich willkommen
  • Begeisterung für die Branchen Bike und Outdoor
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen
  • Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache sind von Vorteil
