Sales Advisor (m/w/d) Watches
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Qualified consultation of our exclusive clientele and sale of the entire collection of our house
  • Active acquisition of new customers and care of the existing clientele
  • Assumption of various administrative tasks (e.g. maintenance of our customer database and participation in inventories, etc.)
  • Support in the area of visual merchandising
  • Use of all modern sales channels

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or completed training as a watchmaker
  • Strong pursuit of perfection with a passion for creativity, mechanical watches and the Maison
  • Very good communication skills, empathy and agile mindset, team player
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with people through strong communication
  • Provide excellent customer service, including in person, by phone and through electronic communication
  • Business fluent in German and English, another language on top is an advantage
