Rolle

Als Sales Advisor bist du ein echter Brand Ambassador:

Du begrüßt jeden Kunden aufmerksam, verstehst seine Bedürfnisse und begleitest ihn in einem personalisierten, unvergesslichen Einkaufserlebnis — im Store wie online.

Dein Beitrag stärkt das Markenimage und unterstützt die Verkaufsziele durch hochwertigen Service und Kundenbindung.

Verantwortlichkeiten

·       Außergewöhnlichen Service bieten und Brand, Produkt sowie Loyalitätsprogramme fördern.

·       Kundenbedürfnisse verstehen, Produkte mit Leidenschaft präsentieren und beraten.

·       Langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen.

·       Ergänzende Verkäufe und Omnichannel-Lösungen fördern (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, Tablets).

·       Aktive Unterstützung beim Erreichen der Verkaufsziele.

·       Professionelle Bearbeitung von Anfragen oder Beschwerden.

·       Ordnung und Markenimage im Store sicherstellen.

·       Unterstützung bei Omnichannel-Flüssen und Inventur.

·       Mitwirkung bei Kassen- und operativen Abläufen gemäß Unternehmensrichtlinien.
