Your mission

  • You act as the primary security escalation point for our customers and our 1st level support team, handling complex security incidents and inquiries.
  • You provide technical support and are responsible for solving complex problems for our customers with a focus on machine-learning–based security solutions.
  • You respond to our customers´inquiries, offering solution-oriented assistance for primarily cloud-based technologies.
  • You conduct security audits and compliance checks (e.g., for Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace) and guide customers on implementing security best practices.
  • You continuously support the IT Ops team in enhancing and automating support processes

Your profile

  • You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system administration or have become a system administrator through professional development—with a particular interest or experience in IT security.
  • You have practical experience using MDM systems to enforce security policies, application controls, and conditional access rules to protect endpoints.
  • Ideally, you had hands-on exposure to security operations centers (SOC), endpoint protection (EDR/XDR), identity & access management (IAM), and/or compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, BSI Grundschutz).
  • You possess a deep understanding of hardening and securing the Windows operating system in combination with the security frameworks STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guides) Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace (e.g., Conditional Access policies, DLP, Sentinel).
  • You are proficient in English (C1).
  • You enjoy working with diverse customer groups, demonstrate patience, and maintain a strong security-first service approach.
  • You work hands-on, solution-oriented, and with a high sense of responsibility regarding security matters.
