KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER DACH

Some say retail is dead. You say retail is everything but dead - it's just about the right mindset and approach.

And we're living proof to back you up. From 2022 until 2024 we've increased our retail sales by roughly 800% (that's a lot. Like a lot-a lot is looking pretty damn good too.

It goes without saying that we want to keep the good vibes going. A lot of things are moving (pretty fast if you didn't get the memo), and we're looking to strengthen our already strong position in the DACH region. This is where you come in.

So what does that mean specifically for you? Easy: You'll make OOONO unmissable in German-speaking retail. That involves growing our biggest accounts with an HQ approach, building long-term partnerships and making sure our category expands faster than the average. You'll develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs), win listings and shelf space (online and in-store), negotiate terms and trade investments, and keep an eagle eye on ROI.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and manage OOONO's most important retail and distribution partners across the DACH region
  • Build long-term partnerships that drive profitable sell-out, ensure brand visibility, and strengthen OOONO's position as a market leader within traffic safety and connected car devices
  • Work strategically to create growth plans, secure listings, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in close collaboration with Trade Marketing and the wider commercial team.
  • Prepare and pitch sales campaigns and product introductions, including promotion plans and campaign activities
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with top retailers and distributors.
  • Drive sell-out growth and category expansion across assigned key HQ accounts.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, trade marketing investments, and pricing structures.
  • Secure optimal product listings, shelf space, and visibility in stores and online.

We expect you're someone who has:

  • 5–8 years of KAM/NAM experience in FMCG, consumer electronics,

automotive accessories or DIY.

  • A proven track record growing major retail partners at HQ level (think

MediaMarkt, EDEKA, Expert, Euronics, ATU or a CE distributor).

  • Knowledge of DACH buying processes, pricing levers and category dynamics, and you can influence at the buyer/management level.
  • A data-driven (hello Power BI, Excel, CRM) mindset and is comfortable turning

numbers into action.

  • Speak German and English fluently and navigate cross-cultural settings with ease.
  • Understand how trade marketing moves the needle and can manage co-funded promos with a tight ROI lens.

How is it working at OOONO?

  • Collaboration: Trade Marketing (HQ & local), Account Manager, Demand Planning & Finance, plus retail HQ buyers, category leads, distributors and stores.
  • Travel: Regular customer meetings, in-store visits across DACH and meetings in HQ Copenhagen
