Die Projektron GmbH entwickelt und vertreibt die webbasierte Projektmanagement-Software Projektron BCS. Für die Unterstützung unserer europaweit über 820 Kunden sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Software sorgen mehr als 130

Mitarbeiter an fünf Standorten in Deutschland.

Ab sofort suchen wir für unseren Hauptsitz in Berlin einen Mitarbeiter für unseren Kunden IT Support in Vollzeit.

Aufgaben
  • Betreuung von technische Anfragen über unser Ticketsystem
  • Übernahme des 2nd Level Supports
  • Kontakt mit unseren Kunden über Telefon, Konferenz-Software und unser Ticketsystem.
  • Prüfung der Machbarkeit von Anfragen
  • Vermittler zwischen Kunden, Beratern und Entwicklung
  • Schreiben von XML-Dateien für Konfigurationen
  • Remote-Installationen und Updates
  • Gegebenenfalls
  • Erstellung von Berichten mit BIRT
  • Betreuung von Hostings-Instanzen
Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute bis gute Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder guter Hochschulabschluss
  • Fundierte technische Kenntnisse der Bereiche:
  • Windows oder Linux
  • XML
  • Breitenwissen in und Interesse an IT-Themen
  • Ruhiger Umgang mit Kunden
  • Selbständigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 oder höher)

Von Vorteil:

  • Kenntnisse in SQL oder BIRT
