At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a full-time Account Manager (all genders) for THE MARCOM ENGINE (part of the Serviceplan Group) at our Berlin (or Munich) location.

What you can expect:

  • Independent operational management of projects for our international client in the automotive sector, taking into account time and budget constraints
  • Updating and maintenance of project plans and status lists
  • Monitoring and coordination of internal and external processes according to the guidelines of the Delivery Lead
  • Ensuring compliance with production and media schedules
  • Preparation of cost estimates and monitoring of budget progress
  • Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of advertising materials across all channels
  • Compliance with and management of process and production sequences
  • Collaboration with the entire team, including the Delivery Lead, Client Lead, as well as various internal departments and external partners

What we expect from you:

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on marketing/communications or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in a communications agency with a 360° approach/asset production
  • Knowledge of project management methods and experience working with project management tools
  • Background in automotive industry is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret production and media plans
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Committed working style, flexibility, strong communication skills, and organizational ability
  • High quality standards and a structured way of working
  • Fluent in English, plus (very) good German skills even better
  • Knowledge in the area of information security and information security awareness
