  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Commercial Excellence in der Otsuka-DACH Organisation, der maßgeblich zum Markterfolg unserer innovativen Produkte beiträgt – vom Launch über den gesamten Life Cycle hinweg
  • Aufbereitung, Konsolidierung und Analyse strategischer Unternehmensinformationen auf Basis interner und externer Daten sowie unseres CRM-Systems
  • Erkennen von Chancen und Optimierungspotenzialen, Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Erörterung von Grundlagen für strategische Entscheidungen und Unterstützung bei deren Umsetzung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung der Account-basierten Kommerzialisierungsmodelle und Weiterentwicklung der Marketingstrategien sowie bei der Steuerung von Marketingaktivitäten und Schlüssel-Accounts
  • Steuerung des Vertriebs und der Sales Force Effectiveness durch Targeting und Zielgruppenanalysen, Ressourcenplanung, Konzeption von Prämiensystemen sowie Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und der KPIs
Stellenanforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einem Pharma-Consulting-Unternehmen oder im Vertrieb bzw. im Bereich Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, BI oder Vertriebscontrolling der pharmazeutischen Industrie
  • Ganzheitliches Verständnis für Produkte, Märkte, Sales- und Marketingaktivitäten ebenso wie ein exzellentes Verständnis für das Zusammenwirken all dieser Faktoren
  • Umfassende Erfahrung in der Analyse, Interpretation und Aufbereitung von komplexen Pharma-Marktinformationen und -daten und idealerweise Erfahrung mit IQVIA- oder Insight Health Daten
  • Versiert im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (idealerweise Veeva)
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint sowie Power-BI
  • Eigenständig, ergebnisorientiert, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
