Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Customer Service Teams im Bereich Seefracht Import
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs aller operativen Prozesse in der Import-Sachbearbeitung – von der Auftragsannahme bis zur finalen Abwicklung
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Sendungsbearbeitung inkl. Zollabfertigung, Dokumentenmanagement und Termintreue
  • Pflege von verkaufsorientierten und länderübergreifenden Kundenkontakten sowie Unterstützung beim Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft durch regelmäßige Kommunikation, Teammeetings und Feedbackgesprächen
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunden, Reedereien, Zoll, Lagerdienstleistern und internen Abteilungen (z. B. Vertrieb, Abrechnung)
  • Monitoring von KPIs, Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Prozessoptimierung und Sicherstellung der Servicequalität
  • Bearbeitung von Eskalationen und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern

Deine Talente

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, aber auch Quereinsteiger aus dem kaufmännischen Bereich wie Groß- und Außenhandel
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Sehr gute Zollkenntnisse
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im TMS CargoWise One
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Diplomatie und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Teamplayer mit hoher Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Organisationsfähigkeit, Delegierfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, selbstständige strukturierte, kundenorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Blick fürs Detail
  • Fähigkeit in dynamischen Zeiten flexibel auf Veränderung zu reagieren und proaktiv an diesen Prozessen mitzuarbeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
