Role Overview
We are hiring for
one of our clients
a
Business Development Manager
to acquire and develop restaurant partners across the Nürnberg region.
This role focuses on expanding the local partner network, supporting restaurants with digital platform solutions, and driving sustainable commercial growth. You will manage your territory independently while collaborating closely with internal sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurant partners within the Nürnberg region
- Present digital platform solutions aligned with partner business objectives
- Conduct structured needs analysis and recommend appropriate services and tools
- Negotiate commercial agreements within defined frameworks
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner success
- Manage pipeline activity and track performance against agreed targets
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in B2B sales, field sales, or customer acquisition roles
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Structured and analytical approach to sales activities
- Experience using CRM systems and MS Office tools
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Nürnberg region
- Experience working with hospitality or food-service partners is an advantage
