Unternehmensbeschreibung

insiemeki ist ein Early-Stage EdTech-Startup aus München. Wir entwickeln eine Plattform für digitale Selbstständigkeit speziell für die Zielgruppe 50+.

Mit praxisnahen Online Kursen und einer Community zeigen wir, wie KI und andere digitale Helfer den Alltag erleichtern, vom Betrugsschutz über Urlaubsplanung bis hin zu Smartphone-Basics.

In Deutschland leben über 22 Mio. Menschen im Alter 60+. Viele davon fühlen sich digital abgehängt – ein Trend, der durch den Vormarsch von KI noch verstärkt wird.

Unser Ziel: diese digitale Lücke schließen und digitale Selbstständigkeit ermöglichen. Nach unserem Erfolg beim Wettbewerb des iab München geht unser Prototyp im Oktober live.

Rolllenbeschreibung

Dies ist eine Co-Founder-Rolle in München (hybrid/remote möglich).

Als dritter Mitgründer:in von insiemeki bist du verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Startups.

Diese Rolle umfasst u. a.:

  • Mitentwicklung und Umsetzung der Geschäftsstrategie
  • Aufbau von Partnerschaften und Vertriebskanälen (z. B. mit Kommunen, Stiftungen, VHS, Verbänden)
  • Skalierung unserer Community & Marketingaktivitäten
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Plattform & Lernformate
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründerinnen in allen Bereichen – von Produktentwicklung bis Fundraising

Start: Teilzeit (2–3 Tage/Woche) mit Perspektive auf Vollzeit in 6–9 Monaten

Beteiligung/Equity: verhandelbar

Qualifikationen

  • Interesse und Empathie für die Zielgruppe 50+ und deren Bedürfnisse in der digitalen Welt
  • Unternehmerisches Mindset mit dem Willen, ein Startup von Grund auf aufzubauen
  • Erfahrung in einer der Bereiche Business Development, Sales/Marketing, EdTech oder digitale Produkte
  • Fähigkeit, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten (Getting-Things-Done-Mentalität)
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Kollaborationsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Leuchtturm- oder Referenzprojekten ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Business, Marketing, Pädagogik, Informatik oder vergleichbar ist hilfreich, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
