Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder | CxO at SmartPlant Group. The role is based in the Berlin Metropolitan Area with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives, driving business development, overseeing marketing and sales efforts, conducting market research, and fostering collaboration across teams. The Co-Founder | CxO will play a key role in defining and executing the company's vision, ensuring sustainable growth and innovation in vertical farming technologies.

Qualifications

  • Analytical skills for strategic planning, data evaluation, and decision-making
  • Strong communication skills to articulate vision, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead teams
  • Experience in sales and business development to drive revenue and partnerships
  • Marketing skills to develop and implement impactful campaigns
  • Proven ability to lead early stage equity financings
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership abilities and experience in scaling businesses
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and CEA technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
