We’re building the most modern and scalable physiotherapy brand in Germany – and we’re doing it profitably from day one. Our goal: exceptional care, high-quality locations, and a playbook that can scale across cities. We’re now looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Co-Founder to help launch and scale our first studio – and build the foundation for something bigger. Tasks As a Co-Founder, you’ll take full ownership from day one. Depending on your strengths, you might lead: Launch of our brand, first studio and operational setup Development of core processes, systems, and SOPs Hiring and team management on-site Optimization of the full patient journey Coordination with partners (e.g. insurers, referral doctors, tech platforms) Future expansion planning and execution You be instrumental in shaping the culture, structure, and long-term strategy of the business. Teams are highly welcome Requirements We’re not looking for perfect resumes – we’re looking for builders.
