Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, SV (Schweiz) AG. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
- You are responsible for the daily maximization of revenue through targeted yielding of our hotel portfolio in Germany
- You analyze future and historical business data to ensure optimal price positioning across all segments and distribution channels
- You develop and implement effective pricing and sales strategies while adhering to brand standards
- You use relevant tools to evaluate competitor performance, market trends, and demand forecasts to support well-informed decision-making
- You train and raise awareness among hotel teams regarding revenue-optimizing measures to ensure sustainable revenue growth
- You have completed studies in hospitality, business, or a commercial field
- You bring at least one year of professional experience in revenue management, ideally in the hotel or airline industry
- You have a strong affinity for numbers, a strategic mindset, and work with precision together with a team of international colleagues
- You have experience with hotel and revenue management systems (e.g., Channel Manager, RMS, PMS, GDS) as well as business and market intelligence tools
- You are fluent in spoken and written English; German is a valued plus.
