As an Assistant Buyer, you will be responsible for aspects of product development, including quality specifications and checks, sample follow-up, internal production processes, coordination of photo shoots and marketing samples, as well as placing purchase orders (POs). This position is
limited for 12 months
and based in
Munich
.

What You'll Do

  • work in close cooperation with Category Buyers
  • collaborate directly with the Creative and Quality teams in the product development process for textiles
  • organise and take responsibility for photo shoot samples for our products
  • communicate directly with our business partners in Asia and Europe
  • supervise order placements and monitor internal production tracking

YOU COME WITH

  • a background in textiles or a commercial field
  • a proactive, structured and goal-oriented working style, with a strong hands-on mentality
  • strong organisational and time management skills
  • solid knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • excellent English skills (German is an advantage)
