Assistant Buyer – Womenswear RTW (f/m/d) To support our team we are searching for a Assistant Buyer – Womenswear RTW (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office. WHAT YOU WILL DOCompile and reviews financial data, ensuring accuracy for merchandising decisions and provide accurate data and size/allocation on purchase orders Support order sheet entry and check data accuracy Analysing weekly trading reports and proactively identifying strong/slow sellers to Buyer creating and initiating trading actions Present trade review in Weekly Team trade meeting Planning and support with travel and buying season schedule Support vendor communications, ensuring proper receipt flow and tracking deliveries Communicate and partner with other departments as well as attending internal meetings to ensure proper information flow about deliveries, exclusives, product launches and othersWHO YOU AREAcademic degree, ideally in Business Administration, Fashion, Interior Design or other relevant qualification Enthusiasm for international luxury fashion, lifestyle and interior design Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to work well under time pressure Confident in organizing extensive travel schedule for buying appointments throughout the season Reliability, detail orientation and the ability to work in a team, and on own initiative Excellent written and oral communications skills in English, additional German knowledge is an advantage Experienced with Excel, PDFWHAT WE OFFERUp to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 days Mobile office with up to 20% of your total contracted hours (job and position permitting) 10 days/year of mobile office abroad in EU-countries (job and position permitting) Language & e-learning courses Staff discount of up to 30% Company pension scheme Discounted membership for selected sports platforms & gyms Discounted travel card Access to LinkedIn Learning Individual support on mental health & well-being (e.g. compatibility work and family life) Social Day Employee Share Purchase PlanWHO WE AREMytheresa is one of the leading global digital luxury shopping platforms.
