Business Development Manager (B2B)
who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys driving revenue through meaningful client partnerships.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who knows how to develop the German-speaking market, build long-lasting relationships and bring structured, strategic thinking to the sales cycle.
About The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle. You will represent a highly reputable company known for its innovative solutions and strong customer focus.
This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, confident, and ready to take ownership of their market.
What You Will Do
- Drive full-cycle B2B sales activities in the DACH region
- Identify, qualify and acquire new business opportunities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Track activity, pipeline and performance metrics to meet sales targets
- Represent the brand at events, fairs and networking activities
What You Bring
- Previous experience in B2B business development or sales (minimum 2 years)
- Strong understanding of the German market and business culture
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
- Highly self-driven, organized and comfortable working independently
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2+)
