Technical Sales Support Specialist (m/w/d) – Remote in Süd- und Westdeutschland möglich

Du wirst Teil der Business Unit Normstahl Crawford, die innerhalb von ASSA ABLOY SDC den indirekten Vertriebskanal betreut. Unser Fokus liegt auf Wohn-Garagentoren und industriellen Torlösungen – von Sektionaltoren und Rolltoren bis hin zu modernen Garagentorantrieben mit smartem Zubehör.

Unser Produktsortiment hat sich in den letzten Jahren stark erweitert: heute bieten wir eine Vielzahl an Modellen in unterschiedlichen Designs und Farben, die mit intelligenter Technologie ausgestattet sind und sowohl im privaten als auch im industriellen Umfeld eingesetzt werden.

Warum diese Rolle?

In dieser Rolle kombinierst du technisches Know-how mit Kundenorientierung. Du arbeitest überwiegend remote, bist ein bis zwei Tage pro Woche bei Kunden vor Ort und sorgst so für reibungslose Abläufe, zufriedene Partner und berichtest direkt an den Country Manager Deutschland. Dabei wirst du Teil eines engagierten Teams, das Wissen teilt, sich gegenseitig unterstützt und gemeinsam Erfolge feiert.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen: Bedürfnisse verstehen, Lösungen empfehlen, technische Details erklären.
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Kostenschätzungen und Reports – präzise und nachvollziehbar.
  • Technischer Support nach dem Verkauf: Anfragen bearbeiten, Lösungen finden, Kundenbindung sichern.
  • Markttrends beobachten und analysieren, um neue Chancen frühzeitig zu erkennen.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb & Technik begleitest du unsere Kunden mit fundierter Beratung und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.
  • Teilnahme an Kundenterminen und Schulungen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Ingenieurwesen o. ä.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, Sales Support oder Technical Support – idealerweise im Tor-, Bau- oder Industrieumfeld.
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office & CRM-Tools.
  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
  • Führerschein und Reisebereitschaft.
