Directly attached to the Commercial and Customer Support Director, your main role will consist to contractualize and manage contracts to ensure supply chain efficiency in coordination with partner companies CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER ARH (M/F/D) MTRI HALLBERGMOOS ABOUT THE ROLE * Negotiate the contracts and their amendments * Manage the contract, prepare the deliverables * Manage the commercial activity, analyse, prepare and reply to all customer demand * Participate to the customer satisfaction survey * Coordinate any technical topic with the technical team * Coordinate the partner companies, mainly FG2 to converge on common way forward
